Foto De Mulher Peladas
After the first visit, the problem appears to be related to the knee cartilage and inflamed patellar tendon, and back pain in the sciatic nerve.
Care: sfiammare with bites and then again to see if it was an isolated case. Meanwhile
are almost 4 weeks since I run.

Causes Of Clear Urine
Perhaps this is the coup de grace
The day before another long, perhaps the coup de grace.
Maybe I'll skip the marathon, but I have to review the pace: to finish in less than 3h30 'seems increasingly difficult.
During the week has come back discomfort in the knee, but is only intermittent discomfort. Today I had to do 12km
: the first 10 to 5'20 "and the last to 5 '.
Right from the start, however, I feel my back gives me trouble ... I thought it was just a heating problem, then, there are 6.30 in the morning and there will be 2-3 degrees.
After a few kilometers I realize it will not be heating up, so cut and do a tour for just over 8km.
My back hurts, and even the knee.

Swollen Bruised Knuckle
It starts calmly
Should I stay put a few more days, but the marathon is too close ... if I stand still I have to abandon the idea of \u200b\u200bit in 5 'to km, and if I start getting worse ... I'll stay again. It starts from a long
not too long. 20km in 5 'km to see what I have suffered from sleep. Knee and back do not hurt me, but my legs turning hard.
I can still end well, 20.6 km in 1h40'50 "to 4'53" at km.
I'm pretty well, morale is not high because I've struggled, but I'm pretty well: perhaps the worst is over.

Capleton Why Do The Heathen Rage
Ahi ahi ahi ... better to stop
Yesterday I had to do the 12km of winding-down, but given the bad weather will I did today. Towards the end I felt a little discomfort left hip. The pain then became
pain during the day and I fear it is an inflammation of the sciatic nerve, probably due to the fact that I run bad for the knee problems.
So I decided to take some time off, to pass the inflammation and maybe the bad knee. We hope very hard ...
