Buttercream Frosting; Buy Wholsesale

Marathon Sile

1 hour 43 minutes and 50 seconds.
was supposed to be primarily a training done with a little 'commitment, and so was. Eventually, however, a good time. Thanks to Mark of the company. A fresh
day, about 3-4 degrees at 9 am, perfect for a race. So many people, really great.
The beginning was not the best .... origin and destination do not match, and this can not be a problem. It becomes such if the inscriptions are upon arrival and you left late from home. The start was moved two times, first behind, then ahead. With the result that the first mile, theoretically slow because the big crowd, we do it in 3'45 "... a bit 'too little, I guess.
After the first mile everything runs smoothly. The first half of the race runs along a very nice route, skirting the first port Casier, then a piece of Sile. From the tenth mile, however, leaves the river to go inward.
Mark and I run the first part about 5'05 "per kilometer, then the rest after the 10th kilometer increased the pace, getting a run in 4'45" or so.
A beautiful day and a good workout ahead of the March 30, 2008.
