By now I have completed the fifth and last long preparation Treviso Marathon in 2009.
Today, 32.7 km in 5'36 ": more than 3 hours of racing, I've never run so much. But it went well, even a small extension in the last mile.
the evening a bit 'wrong knee I was awakened bad memories of last year, we hope it's nothing.
only flaw of the day, Marco sold after 27-28km for some discomfort in the knee steps ..... hopefully soon.
