Here is the post-operative radiographs of severe right thoracic scoliosis that I have presented a few days ago. Scoliosis is almost clinically canceled and the hump has disappeared due to vertebral rotation.
Modern surgical techniques for the treatment of scoliosis make it possible to obtain excellent correction of the deformity with derotation of the individual vertebrae.
