LONG LONG LONG
preparation for the new record on the distance has not been optimal, given the conditions of the knee, but I did.
I struggled, from the first mile, probably because I thought constantly knee or because I skipped the 2 long in the past 2 weekends. I managed to follow the pace in the program, with the last 2 km to 4'50 ".
As long as I run my knee does not hurt, just a little 'annoyance, who knows what is going through .... At
