Now I switched to 8.33 km in output to the "normal". The
gionocchio occasionally gives me some little trouble, maybe I'm just problemini muscle.
Meanwhile, go ahead, I hope you get to do the 12km in output normal in October. The 12km route is the fact that I always have the last stop before (a month after the marathon). There are 205 days to

... we wanted to do the marathon in Treviso. Andrea gave
lump sum in December because he could not prepare.
I had to give up in February for knee problems and back. Massimo
withdrew for personal reasons.
Marco was left alone .... Yesterday evening, however, the bad news. Even his knee is not in the best conditions.

After the first visit, the problem appears to be related to the knee cartilage and inflamed patellar tendon, and back pain in the sciatic nerve.
Care: sfiammare with bites and then again to see if it was an isolated case. Meanwhile
are almost 4 weeks since I run.

Maybe I'll skip the marathon, but I have to review the pace: to finish in less than 3h30 'seems increasingly difficult.
During the week has come back discomfort in the knee, but is only intermittent discomfort. Today I had to do 12km
: the first 10 to 5'20 "and the last to 5 '.
Right from the start, however, I feel my back gives me trouble ... I thought it was just a heating problem, then, there are 6.30 in the morning and there will be 2-3 degrees.
After a few kilometers I realize it will not be heating up, so cut and do a tour for just over 8km.
My back hurts, and even the knee.

I struggled, from the first mile, probably because I thought constantly knee or because I skipped the 2 long in the past 2 weekends. I managed to follow the pace in the program, with the last 2 km to 4'50 ".
As long as I run my knee does not hurt, just a little 'annoyance, who knows what is going through .... At
end 32.21 km in 2h43'43 "to 5'04".

I'll try gymnastics but also strengthen the thigh muscle with a little practice at home.

One of my football coach used to say that if you have a cold (no fever or other symptoms), have a good workout and then immediately a warm shower helps to heal soon. The reason I have always given: we shall see tomorrow ...

Left Shoulder Pain And Breast Cancer
27.91 km along the longest
From today we start to get serious: After missing 76 days to the marathon.
Now start the real long chimiamoli the longest.
Almost 28 km (27.91 to be precise), 2.5 km more than the record of my race did. At the end a good average: 5'06 ", as planned.
I really struggled, especially in muscular thighs and calves would not run. The intermittent drizzle did not facilitate the race, but fortunately not too bothered: I got home wet but not soaked;)
And in 15 days, stretching again ... after all, missing 76 days to the marathon.
