Needed:
500g flour 100g butter 500g icing sugar
30g yeast 2 eggs 1 cup milk
Jam
Oil
Salt How to proceed:
Mix the flour, sugar, eggs, yeast dissolved in milk, butter, a pinch of salt until a soft dough, let it rise, cut into disks of 5 cm in diameter, place on half of the disks a bit 'jam, close with the other half of the disks, fry in hot oil, sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.
